TripodMaster is a brand of Otto Sauseng GmbH, based in Austria. From our location in 1160 Vienna, Lienfeldergasse 32, we deliver to the whole of Europe.
Thanks to modern technologies, we are very well versed in written communication, but verbal communication via telephone can sometimes be a little challenging. But we are happy to endeavour.

Experience
Our company was founded in 1963. We are an established family business with many years of experience in the battery and photography industry. And SLIK tripods from back then are still alive today.
With Global Mail, we have found a reliable shipping partner to whom we hand over our parcels and who selects the most favourable parcel service for the individual countries for us. As a result, we can offer shipping throughout Europe as standard. For countries outside Europe, we are happy to prepare a customised offer. However, you can also organise the shipping yourself and have your order picked up at our location in Vienna.
Shipping takes place according to the following procedure: we pack your order with great care in-house and hand over the parcels to our shipping partner Global Mail at least three working days a week. Global Mail usually picks up from our premises in the morning. Orders that are to be dispatched the next day must therefore reach us by 3 p.m. at the latest in order to be packed in time.
If you have a valid VAT number, we can invoice intra-community with 0% VAT. Please do not forget to enter your VAT number, if you have one, when registering. This will be checked automatically and your account set up accordingly. If VAT is still charged, please contact us before you submit your order. We will be happy to take care of it.
Payment is made via the payment service provider mollie, through which we can offer a variety of payment methods. We endeavour to offer a wide variety here and are always striving to integrate new options into our webshop, depending of course on what is offered by mollie.
